We do not have private parking due to the central location of our salons. However, both our salons are located directly at the tram and bus stop. Take the tram/bus to Klusplatz to visit the Zürichberg salon and to Höschgasse to visit the Seefeld salon.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards as well as Bitcoin.

We understand that our busy lives sometimes require us to change plans. You are entitled to cancel your confirmed appointment free of charge providing this is done 24 hours ahead of time. Requests to amend your appointment are subject to a 50% charge, whereas a cancellation or no-show is subject to a 100% charge.

Our bodies react differently to treatments and ingredients. It is therefore important to discuss any relevant medical history with your beautician prior to the treatment. While our services are carried out to the highest standards, we offer all our clients a five day warranty on the following services in the unlikely event of an issue arising: manicure and pedicure with shellac, nail extensions, nail design, lash extensions and lash lifting. For warranty claims to be considered, clients must contact our salon within five days.
